Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
We offer expedited shipping options at rates based on metric weight (kilogram) and location.
Order Processing Time
All orders are shipped using discounted expedited shipping rates. Since some of our products are made to order, it may take up to three weeks to dispatch. The product page provides processing times per product. Once shipped, your purchase will arrive within 3-5 business days.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we cannot modify the delivery address on the website once you have placed your order. Contact us at support@shopmyjamaica.com, and we will make the change. We are sorry, but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
International Orders
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. We provide harmonized tariff schedule codes on product pages. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check the HTS code on the web for your country before placing an order. Most countries publish the rates online; they also have a trade agreement with Jamaica that offers no fees to reduced duty rates—for example, the United States of America, Canada, and Great Britain.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
